Refunds + exchanges

I hope that you love your item(s), but I know that some things just don't work out.

My refund + exchange policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund on a returned item or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with the tag still on.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Under garments
- Items that show any signs of wear and tear

To complete your refund, simply forward me your email invoice and I'll respond within one business day to confirm that I have your purchase in the system.

Please don't return your item to the designer. I like to take care of refunds on their behalf when the item(s) is purchased from my site. I've made it easy for you to return your item(s). You'll have received two shipping labels with your order. Stick the larger one in the top left-hand corner of your envelope and fill in your mailing address. Stick the smaller one (the one with our mailing address on it) in the middle, add postage and ship away. Please note that our mailing address is missing a number. Please be sure to add 1937 before our street name of Portobello Road.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I'll send you an email to notify you that I've received your returned item. I'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you're approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of having received the returned product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Banks are mysterious creatures with unique processing times before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at We'll respond to your email within one business day because we know how annoying it is to be unhappy with a purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they arrived defective, damaged or don't fit. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, send us an email at to let us know that you're shipping the item back to us for an exchange, and ship your item to:

Please note that couriers other than Canada Post won't deliver to our PO box address. If you're using a courier other than Canada Post, please email us and we'll send you our direct business mailing address.

We encourage you to use our cute and convenient shipping labels that came with your order.

If you want to exchange one item for a completely different one, it has to be of equal or greater value (before taxes). Once you've received confirmation from us saying that we received your item, you can go ahead and make a new purchase with the discount code we'll have emailed you at the same time. You'll be responsible for paying the difference in price and any shipping costs, if applicable.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please email us the first and last name of the person who gifted the item to you so that we can confirm our records. Once we receive the returned item, a discount code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will be informed of your return.

You'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, shipping time for your exchanged item may vary.

If you're shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We aren't responsible for items lost while en route to us.
